  Pillai Real Estate Company is a long standing Registered Real Estate Firm established since 1977 under section 21 (1) (a) of the Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Act 1981 (VAEA Act) duly licensed under the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Act 2012. The firm provides Real Estate and Property Management Services and has wide experience in dealing with real estate assets. Providing complete professional advice on maintaining property economically and soundly so that the value and worth of the property is preserved, sustained and upkept to its maximum value.


Providing up-to-date information on local by-laws, proposed legislation, government regulations, public policies and current market conditions regarding real estate assets.
Assisting property owners in the payment of Quit Rent and Assessment Bills.
Preparing yearly statements on Income and Expenses of property owners for Income Tax purposes.


Solving problems related to water and electricity supplies with relevant authorities on behalf of property owners.
Supervising of cleaning, grinding and polishing work of new and old premises.


Assisting property owners in carrying out plumbing and electrical and other work at reasonable costs.



Assisting residential property owners on action to be taken against defaulting tenants on rental payments, recovery of overdue rents, action for vacant possession of premises and compensation for damages in accordance with legal proceedings.


Assist and render all such assistance as may be required or requested by the Property owners and tenants of residential properties.
